Remove all your licenses
To make your licenses available for a different installation, you have to remove them from the systems the licenses are currently activated for. You can remove your licenses within the System Settings of the instance or via the Neptune DXP Portal.
Procedure
Remove your license within the System Settings

In the Cockpit, go to System Settings.

Select the License tab.

Select Edit.

Select Remove All Licenses and confirm the warning by selecting Yes, continue!.
Result: After the page reload all the licenses will be deactivated.
To make sure the license removal is fully completed, wait until the System Settings tool is reloaded.
Remove your license via Neptune DXP Portal
Removing your license via Neptune DXP Portal depends on the license type.
If you have a trial license, do the following:

In Neptune DXP Portal, go to Your Account.
The Your Account dialog opens.

In the Trial License Details for Customer ID section, locate the trial license and select (Detach License).
Result: The server restarts and deactivates the licenses.
If you have active online customer licenses, do the following:

In Neptune DXP Portal go to Account Assignment.
Result: The My Accounts page opens.

Select the account for the installation for which you want to remove the licenses.

In License Management → License Details, select the installation for which you want to remove the licenses.

Remove the licenses by selecting (Detach License).
Result: The server restarts and deactivates the licenses.
