System Notifications

These settings are only available from Neptune DXP - SAP Edition version 24.12.0.

In the Notifications tab, you can set up your notifications settings.

Procedure

Since all notification emails are sent through the SAP system, for this new feature to work properly, please ensure that the SMTP service in your SAP system is properly configured and active.

Indicate which should be the Sender Email for notifications, this is the email that will appear as the sender of the notifications. For example: noreplay@yourEmailDomain.com

You can press the Add Emails button to add receivers to the notifications list and set up which notifications each receiver should be notified about.

Here are the descriptions for each notification:

  1. License Certificates about to expire: 25 days before any of the required certificates for the license heartbeat are about to expire, you’ll receive a notification.

    Following that, if the certificates are not renewed, new notifications will be sent every 5 days.

  2. Usage ≥ "X"%: When you reach the user capacity of X% you’ll receive a notification.

Once everything is correctly setup and saved, you can test the notifications by pressing the Send Test Email button. All receivers on the list should then receive a test notification email.
