Bind attribute from a global i18n model to a component field

Under adaptive application templates, labels can be sourced from a shared global i18n model rather than entered as fixed text. When you select a component in the Application tree pane, the Settings/Properties pane allows you to bind its Label field to an i18n attribute defined in the I18n Text & Translation tool associated with a global i18n model via the Bind field to i18n attribute icon.

The text translation of the assigned i18n key appears in the Application tree pane as the component’s label once the global i18n model is loaded, and you must save the app before the actual text replaces the binding. This ensures consistent, centrally managed label maintenance for launchpads and Cockpits using adaptive application templates across multiple languages.
