Manage translations via bindings of translatable attributes in the App Designer

The following scenario describes the use case to translate the Home label of a home button in the sidebar of an application into the languages English (base language), Greek, Polish, and Thai.

Perform the following steps in the App Designer to define, bind, and maintain translations as part of normal design activities:

  1. Create attribute for translation

  2. Create translations for an attribute on the basis of defined locales

  3. Bind an attribute translation to a component property
