Activate or renew your offline license

The License Configuration wizard in the System Settings tool enables you to manage your license. Your customer license is by default an online license. The validity is calculated based on your existing subscription period and payment terms + 30 days. The validity is automatically updated when the next subscription period starts. However, configuring an offline license requires different steps and a renewal after one year.

The following step instructions apply to Neptune DXP - Open Edition minor version 24.14.0 with a modified offline license activation process. For Neptune DXP - Open Edition minor versions 24.12. and 24.11., see Activate or renew your offline license (24.12 and 24.11.)
