Add a custom action
In this topic, you learn how to add and configure a custom action.
Procedure
- 
In the Cockpit, go to Administration and click Custom Action. Result: The table of existing custom actions opens. 
- 
Click Add. Result: The Custom Action dialog opens. 
- 
Enter a Name for your custom action. 
- 
Click Create Action. Result: The settings of the custom action open in the Layout tab. 
- 
In the Layout tab, you can change the name of your custom action. You can add a menu icon and a menu text, which are displayed when you right-click the assigned tile in the launchpad. 
- 
In the Script tab, enter the script that you want to run when you execute your custom action. 
- 
In the Where-used tab, you can monitor to which tiles your custom action is assigned. 
- 
Click Save.
