The Favorite Management lets you add tiles as favorites to the launchpads of other users.

These are essentially "hard coded" favorites that can’t be edited by end users.

They will appear within any tile group on a launchpad that has the tile group General → Include Favorite Tiles enabled.

Any tiles configured to display within the tile group, will not display if this setting is enabled and at least one favorite tile is set for the user on the launchpad.

Data export

You can import and export csv lists of users, tiles, and tile groups.

The exported format includes these headers:

  • User

  • Launchpad

  • Tile Name

  • Tile Title

  • Tile Sub

  • Title
