Add authentication to an OData resource

In this topic, you learn how to add an authentication method to an OData resource.

Prerequisites

In OData Source, open your OData resource.
Navigate to the Authentication tab and click +Add.

Result: The Proxy Authentication dialog opens.
In Role, select a system role that you want to give access to the resource to.
Select a Proxy Authentication method for users with the defined role.

You can define multiple authentication methods. Repeat the steps above for each authentication method you want to add.
Click Save.
