Import a group from LDAP

In this topic, you learn how to import a group from LDAP.

Prerequisites

  • In System Settings, there is at least one LDAP authentication configured.

Procedure

  1. In the Cockpit, go to Security and click Import LDAP.

  2. In the Groups tab, select an LDAP configuration.

  3. Enter a group filter, a group search filter and a unique identifier.

  4. Enter a name.

  5. Click Import.

    Result: The import results are shown on the pane on the right side.

Results

  • You have imported a group from LDAP.
