Rerun approver determination

In this topic, you learn how to rerun the approver determination of a workflow. This could be the case if the approver is unavailable.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. In the Cockpit, go to Workflow and click Overview.

  2. Select the workflow for which you want to rerun the approver determination.

  3. Click Rerun Approver Determination.

Results

  • You have rerun the approver determination for a workflow.

    NOTE

    Running the 'Rerun approver determination' executes a new Substitution for existing pending workflows.
