Chatbot integration in Neptune DXP - Open Edition
This topic provides an overview on how to configure chatbots in Neptune DXP - Open Edition. You can integrate a chatbot into any launchpad.
If you integrate a chatbot into your launchpad, it appears in the bottom right corner of the launchpad, floating above the tiles.
Neptune DXP - Open Edition supports the use of the following chatbots:

SAP Conversation AI

IBM Watson Assistant
To use them, set up an account at SAP or IBM and generate a token to connect your chatbot with Neptune DXP - Open Edition.
In your Launchpad, go to the Chatbot tab and insert the token and necessary IDs.
