OData Connector

In this topic, you learn how to create and use the OData connector.

Prerequisites

You have created a remote system.
You have created a proxy authentication for your remote system.
You have installed the External System Connector Bundle from the Neptune DXP Marketplace.

Procedure

Open the OData Connector from the cockpit and press "Add" to create a new OData connector.
Give it a name, and under “Service” you will need to select the OData source, the System, Service, and Entity Set.
Under “Fields”, select the fields that you will be using and save.
Press "Save" and the cockpit Connector that can be used in both Adaptive Designer and App Designer applications, is automatically generated.

Result

Your OData connector can now be used in both Adaptive Designer and App Designer.
