Export an API from the API Designer

In this topic, you learn how to export an API that you have created with the API Designer.

You can export all types of APIs. The procedure is the same for table definition, server script, and external APIs.

Prerequisites

  • You have created an API of any type.

Procedure

  1. In the Cockpit, go to Connectivity and open the API Designer.

  2. From the API table, select the API you want to export.

    Result: The API configuration dialog opens.

  3. Select Export.

Results

  • The API is exported to your local computer and saved as a planet9 file.
