Upgrade prerequisites
Before upgrading an existing Neptune DXP - Open Edition installation to the new release, you need to prepare as follows:

Make sure no background job is running.

Deactivate all scheduled background jobs using the Job Manage tool.

Disable the Redis in-memory database in the System Settings tool.

Stop the system and create a backup of the system database.
