Manage substitutions

In this topic, you learn how to edit or delete a subsitution for an approver.

Prerequisites

  • There are no prerequisites.

Procedure

Edit

  1. In the Cockpit, go to Workflow and click Substitutions.

    Result: A list of all existing substitutions is shown.

  2. Click on the substitution you want to edit.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Change the substitution as required.

  5. Click Save.

Delete

  1. In the Cockpit, go to Workflow and click Substitutions.

    Result: A list of all existing substitutions is shown.

  2. Click on the substitution you want to delete.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Click the delete icon.

  5. Confirm you want to delete the substitution.

Results

  • You have edited/deleted a substitution.
